Projecting Opposites















Anxiety = Excitement

Pressure = Desire

Fear = Aggression

Depression = Anger

Sad = Mad


If person/thing informs me
then I am not projecting.

If person/thing affects me
then I am projecting .

When projecting gets you down, give yourself a break by allowing the opposite feeling to crop up and bring you back into balance.
